Great experience with dryer vent cleaning. My dryer gave me an error code this morning that there was a blockage so I called 1st Global Air Duct Cleaning. Mor was able to come out a few hours later. He was quick, efficient and friendly with very reasonable prices. Will definitely use again.
Mor and his partner were excellent! Professional and efficient! Mor also showed me before and after pictures to see the progress that was made. I could immediately tell the difference in our homes air quality after they completed the job!
Finally, someone with Old World ethics. Mor, the owner, answers the phone, gives you a price estimate, sets up an appointment, and does the work himself. I'm old enough to remember what good customer service is and I found it with Mor. He did a very thorough job and didn't leave until he was certain I was satisfied with what he had done. I told him I was suspicious because all of his reviews had been so good, but I now understand. He was great!
I researched the company and read the reviews with the Better Business Bureau and the reviews were all positive. I decided to give them a call and another company. I appreciated Mor’s honesty and chose to go with his company to clean my air ducts, which had never been cleaned. Mor and his company did an amazing job. My husband and I purchased our home in the city in 2014 after it had been rehabbed the year prior. The home was originally built in the early 1900’s. I had never had the HVAC system/ air ducts cleaned in the past, and I was shocked at how much dirt and debris built up there was. Having had multiple companies quote the job; Mor was the best priced. He did a fantastic job. I already notice a difference in dust built up on furniture etc. I would recommend him to anyone. If you haven’t had your air ducts and system cleaned then you have to try it!
Mor at 1st Global is a company that I would recommend to anyone that is in need of duct cleaning! He is great at communication and very thorough during the whole process. My system hasn’t been cleaned in 45 years at least. I’m sure much longer and the difference after his cleaning is truly amazing!

My dryer works again! The team came out on time, were friendly and explained their process, and cleaned up after they completed the work. I would absolutely recommend them for dryer or duct cleaning and we will use them again.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! I called 1st Global and they came out the very same day. Two gentlemen arrived, one of them the owner, and they were unbelievably kind and exceptionally professional. We had already received two bids from other companies, but I had a gut feeling we were being scammed. Sure enough, he confirmed my suspicions and came in nearly $800 lower than the other quotes. On top of that, he let us know that the parts we were told were “broken” weren’t broken at all! They went above and beyond by inspecting both the roof and the attic to properly diagnose and fix the issue. They brought all their own cleaning supplies and actually left our house cleaner than they found it. That alone says so much about their professionalism. Not only did they earn our business for this job, but we’ve already scheduled them to come back and clean all the ducts in our home. What I loved most was that they weren’t pushy salespeople—they never once tried to upsell us. I asked about additional services because I was so impressed.

The crew is real. Booked an appointment. Estimated a range. They got there at the appointed time in a service van with their name on the side and confirmed pricing and access and they proceeded to clean out 21 years of dust, insect carcasess, toys, hair bands & food debris. Everything that was in there was removed. Before and after pictures were shown to me.
They do cut holes in your ducts for access. They do install plates after to close-up those access points.
They don't really advertise, i found them via google maps.

This is the 2nd time we have used 1st Global, and have been extremely happy both times. He does an excellent, thorough job and is on time, courteous, and professional. Prices are reasonable and the before/after pictures prove the work is high-quality
I called and Mor answered promptly and was courteous. He had an opening today and I grabbed it as I needed my dryer vent cleaned. He showed me pictures and it was awful! He did everything necessary inside and outside. I was thrilled and he explained everything he was doing as he cleaned. He took his time and when completed cleaned every piece of dirt and lint! Spotless clean-up! So impressed, I asked for a quote on all duct cleaning. Its always nice to have a company/person who really cares. THANKS.
I found reviews of this company and called about my dryer vent cleaning. My dryer vent is over 20 feet long and is in lower portion of a split foyer home. It hadn’t been cleaned in 10 years so I knew it was needed. Mor came out the same day and showed me where I had a fire hazard. He did over and above the expected work. The service was so good, I’ll be having him back for my air duct cleaning. I will be using him annually from now on and highly recommend him.
